MiVoice Business telephone directories can be integrated with other directories to provide one common directory. This directory integration can occur during initial installation and then intermittently as updates occur.
To facilitate this integration, you use the Import and Export functionality in the Telephone Directory form.
Follow the steps below to integrate telephone directories:
Export the MiVoice Business Telephone Directory (see Exporting Telephone Directory Information from MiVoice Business).
Obtain the .csv file of the desired telephone directory and merge the MiVoice Business directory and this telephone directory (see Creating an Import File for Integrated Directories).
Import the Integrated Telephone Directory into MiVoice Business (see Importing Telephone Directory Data into MiVoice Business).
